Dynasty Realty has a wide range of blueprints for residential dwellings. A homeowner may renovate their home after speaking with a Realtor. As of November 2024, homes renovated at closing cost $5,000. Any remodels after that point cost $20,000. Consult with a realtor about options for your property.

Basements • Available Floor Plans

Dynasty Realty also offers basement options for some residential dwellings. Homes near a flood zone, high water table, and apartments are not able to get basements. Dynasty Realty has final say on which dwellings may receive a basement.

Homes under $500,000 must pay to have a basement installed ($50,000). Homes valued over the mark receive a basement with their home, where permitted.
