Roles and Responsibilities
Position: Realtor
Position Summary: As a Realtor, you will manage client bids, sell homes, and handle all necessary paperwork to complete real estate transactions smoothly. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, showcase properties, and ensure their buying or selling experience is positive and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate property tours and manage client relations.
- Oversee bidding processes for properties and ensure fair competition.
- Complete and manage all paperwork, including contracts and legal documents, for real estate transactions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and support clients through each stage of the buying/selling process.
Position: Senior Realtor
Position Summary: As a Senior Realtor, you will take on more responsibility within Dynasty Realty, managing property designations and overseeing renovation priorities. Additionally, you will have authority to approve private sale requests and facilitate broader changes within Dynasty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designate properties to be made available in each release wave, determining market priority.
- Decide which homes are next in line for renovations and coordinate with renovation teams.
- Approve requests for private sales, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Act as a key resource for other Realtors, providing guidance and expertise.
- Facilitate updates and improvements to operations within Dynasty Realty.
- Participate in hiring discussions, and interviews.
Position: Owner
Position Summary: As an Owner of Dynasty Realty, you will oversee the overall management of the company, ensuring that policies align with business goals. You will also handle hiring new team members and support the team in daily operations where needed. This role is critical for strategic planning, policy development, and maintaining a supportive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new policies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes, bringing on qualified talent to grow the team.
- Provide team support, addressing any challenges that arise in operations.
- Conduct overall management duties, including monitoring business performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitate monthly meetings and strategy sessions with leadership to discuss company goals and developments.
