Real Estate Private Sales
By Federal Regulation, Dynasty Realty must be involved in all sales of real estate, regardless of it is a property we have brought to the market, or if you are looking to re-sell your dwelling to another individual. Dynasty is always welcome to assist in facilitating these sales and does our best to accommodate all schedules.
What you will need:
- A Dynasty-Approved Sale Contract.
- A Notary of your choice.
- All funds secured in the buyers account.
- $500 to cover the Administrative fee from Dynasty.
- Three fun facts about an exotic animal.
The Sales Contract
Dynasty requires all sales use a contract, this is to protect the seller, as well as the buyer, and keeps everything in line. Most law firms in San Andreas have a standard property sale contract they use, if you have trouble finding a firm, you may use the free Dynasty Realty contract, which is below:
Once you have a completed contract, send it through an official email to
- The realtor who sold you your home; OR
- The senior realtor team
This email should outline who you are, the property you are selling, and define who is purchasing the home. Please include your availability over a week period to complete the final bits in person.
If you have a notary lined up, you may include them on the correspondence.

Review the Steps in TLDR.
Find a seller, or a purchaser
The first step is finding a home to purchase, or someone who is interested in selling their property.
Draft a contract
Using our free online template, or a law firm of your choice, draft up a sales contract for the property. This contract should include details like what is included in the purchase (amount of rooms, is there a basement, does the dwelling include any spooky ghosts?).
Notify a member of Dynasty
Once the contract is complete, send it to one member of Dynasty - This could be the previous realtor you worked with (when the home was first purchased), or any member of our team.
Review
The contract will be sent to the banks for review, in addition to review by the Senior Realtor team. This process may take 3-4 days to process.
Transfer Meeting/Closing
The final step is to have a meeting between the Seller, Buyer, a Notary Public and the Realtor. This meeting requires all parties to have a valid Photo ID, and takes no longer then 30 minutes to complete.
